The hiring process was very detailed and long. Started out with submitting my resume and getting a WebEx video interview. The interview was around 30 mins long. I treated it more as a good conversation then an interview. I was asked basic interview questions online along the lines of "Tell me a time when you failed..." I received an email a week later i moved onto the next step which was to make a 2 min video on why I want a career in sales. Lastly was the Cisco Sales Associate Program assessment center. It will be a day of interviewing. After finding out I moved on to the last round they send you information to study before and prepare for. You will be asked to do a sales role play, presentation, test and panel interview.
