I was interviewed by two software engineers who asked about previous experience and who were interested in knowing about my technological aspirations. Furthermore, they asked me a battery of questions regarding my time in high school.

First written application, then video, then interview. Written application is essentially a few word on why you want to be an extern at cisco, video application was similar but more in debt into who you are and what you’ve done. The interview was mostly behavioral with 1-2 technical questions
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cisco (San Jose, CA) in May 2022

first is a resume screening, then there is a hirevue which u submit, after they invite you to interviews where they ask situational/behavarioal 4-5 questions panel of interviewers, relatively easy respond in star method
