      Public Records Investigator Interview

      6 Mar 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cisive

      Interview

The first interview was a phone interview. It was brief. The questions were: what are you looking for in your next job, why do you want to work for Cisive, what gets you up in the morning, what are you salary requirements, what skills/experience do you have that will be relevant to this position. I was then promptly scheduled for a second interview. Those questions were: when did you have to do something against company protocol, if you were ever in a position where things were not challenging anymore how did you keep yourself engaged, what about communication is important to you, what does sense of urgency mean to you, what is important in a manager, and what is your short term and long term goals, when did you have to manage multiple priorities at once under a strict deadline.
