Interview
Worst interview ever with the CEO he was absolutely rude, degrading and frankly unprofessional, he asked to go back as far as when I got into the Industry over 10 yrs ago with employers not on my resume and expected I take him step by step from each employer over and above what was on my resume and got angry as to delay in responding to timeline with employers and practically thru my resume off his desk and stood up said “your not prepared .. I’m done .. “and proceeded to escort us out ( myself and the recruiter) all the while holding the door open ...... keep in mind this was my 3rd interview
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citadel Servicing (Irvine, CA)
Interview
I applied for Staff accountant but got the offer of Accounting Clerk.
However, the salary is way below the market average; even I expressed to the HR that the salary is not align my background. They only replied "it stands as it is". Therefore, I did not accept the job.
