I applied online and was then invited to a telephone interview . The day following the telephone interview I was invited to attend a one-to-one interview with a Director in London. The next stage was an informal meeting with a member of staff in the same role (Area Manager), which was a great opportunity to ask questions in order to gain a first hand insight about the company and more specific details surrounding the day to day responsibilities of the role. The final stage was a Skype interview with two Directors in which I was asked to prepare a powerpoint presentation to cover my plan for the first three months in the role.
