There were 3 rounds of interviews (with HR, direct manager / team, business area lead). All of them focused rather on soft skills than technical questions (creativity, challenges, teamwork). Very nice atmosphere.

The hiring team called and asked the same set of questions again and again at every stage of interview , no technical were asked , when asked they were not relevant to job description or experience

Interview
Was given a test with three questions that were related to the job, to be completed in twenty mins. Face to face interview was conducted after that. The whole process took about an hour.
