very basic questions easy just be yourself and answer with confidence but it took long. If they ask they might do a second interview all depending how everything goes. If you enjoy customer service this would be a great job they offer a lot of great things

Fácil e fluiu bem. Entrevistador fez algumas perguntas em inglês mas nada muito complicado. Perguntas gerais de experiências passadas e títulos conquistados. A entrevista no geral foi bem tranquila e eu daria uma nota 9
3 rounds . One person per round with hiring Mngr being last . All were via zoom and they were 30 - 90 mins each . Mostly basic interview questions, looking for a cultural fit
It was super laid back and chill, I had an easy time answering all questions. The interviewer was super nice. offered position on the spot, I was very pleased with how well everything went.
