I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citizens Advice Scotland (Dundee, Scotland) in Mar 2024

Interview

Interview process was very relaxed and felt informal. I was asked a number of questions and scenarios so I used examples of experiences and the STAR technique. At the end of the interview I was asked if I had any questions for my interview panel which was the director and an operations manager.

Interview with one person. Speaking about general interest and motivation to work for CAB. Asking to prpvide examples of team work or how to deal with difficult client. Friendly enviroment easy going and open.

Applied online. Filled out the application form and waited around a month for them to get back to me. The interview itself was easy. Interview consisted of typical competency questions. Pretty relaxed conversation with two interviewers.
