Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citrin Cooperman (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
Generally a consultancy calls you for the requirements. Then comes the next process once your CV is shortlisted.
In my situation, I got selected and a call with the partners were pending but however they told that your current package is too much for us to afford.
I got an interview through a recruiter. I met with two directors. Each was about 30 minutes long. The first person was easy to talk to but didn't really talk much about any positives of the company. Second person seemed to me not interested in interviewing me at all. At one point we was looking around the room and not listening to me talk. They also mentioned they hire associates from india. I'm assuming to save money, but really why would you not hire kids straight out of college instead and build a strong name in the college community?
