It was a great process and three levels of interview to finally get the offer letter. They do have hybrid and full time program. Their work schedules are same as other firms

It was great, HR was friendly and completely explained me the entire process. The rounds were very elaborative, where they allowed me to share my journey, and even expressed about the each roles and responsibilities which they would be looking forward.
