Left an application on line during the Christmas holiday season and to my surprise they called me within a few days. Their internal recruiter Ayinde Tomlinson did a great job at walking me through the process and guiding me through the interviews. He was very good at communicating the company's values and was a big part of the reason I enjoyed the interview process here. I had an interview with the hiring manager that was very refreshing. All questions were about applying my experience to their job and who I am as a person. No odd questions at all. Came back for one more interview with the hiring manager's boss.
