City Lifestyle interview questions

Recruiter interview was par for the course in that they get a lot of info about you but only a little about the job. In person interview was fine and conversational. Not coding based, but discussed programming strategies etc. They have you do a culture index online. It’s two parts with a “word” association to describe yourself as you see yourself, etc. Second test reminded me of those tests from the 1990s they give kids to test their IQ. Up to this point was a fine experience. However, after the interview was 100% ghosted. No follow-up even after emailing them directly. I just find it ironic that for a company priding itself on kindness and good culture fits would completely ignore candidates that came into the office (taking time off of work) for an interview.
