More than one staff member emails you their contact for any questions or support. Make sure to take advantage of the one-to-one sessions offered by recruiters before your final interview!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at City Teaching Alliance (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2018
Interview
The first round is an online application. The second round is a "Digital Performance Task" where you are asked a series of questions in which you have to respond virtually. But you are not talking to another person, you record yourself answering and submit each response. The third and final round is the Final Interview Day which takes place in person (or Virtually). The FID is meant to mimic the daily schedule of a resident in the program, and the various portions of the interview relate to the different aspects of a resident's day. You do things like present a mini-lesson to "students", and have a 1-on-1 role playing activity as a teacher with a "parent".
