Although HR is friendly, the process is very disorganized. I spoke to three different people (4-5 calls & 2 emails) to just set up an in-person first round interview. HR gives zero insight on the process including not telling you who you will be interviewing with. The interview was formal and very behavioral based. They had an extensive amount of very generic and not specific hypothetical questions. As the hypotheticals were so broad, you can imagine it is hard to even answer the question. In addition to this, the atmosphere during the interview had more of a cold tone to it. For example, at one point, the interviewer snickered at me in the middle of one of my answers. Lastly, I received an email stating that they scored me below a 70% in my interview so they wouldn’t be moving forward, which is obviously fine, but did they really need to say I scored below a percentile? Just thought it was a little in poor taste as most companies just send a thanks for interviewing, we are moving on with other candidates type email. Again, I rated this neutral as it wasn’t necessarily a bad experience, but more so I left the process thinking I’m not sure I want to work here.
