Interview
Completely unorganized and dysfunctional. Started off as an interview for one position, turned into an interview for another, and the "remote" job I'd applied for suddenly became an in-person job by the time I got an offer.
Very good questions and engaging but ghosted me and were not good at communication if it was not in person. The interview was mostly candidates lead with them not having many questions prepared for me.
