I felt it was a lot of hurry up slowly, hurry up on my end and slow on there based on how they mentioned it will go, complete fail! Multiple interviews and back and forth an and then nothing.. a deafening tone.
The hr person responded when she felt like it and mostly ghosted you.
Tip: to attract good people follow through and do what you say you will, remember your business is driven by its people!
Feedback is so critical even when you can’t say much say something!

I don’t think the Executive team are aware of this or maybe they are and it’s standard corporate arrogance.
