it took almost a week, after i took the exam i was scheduled straight for hr interview and then came back for another interview with the management as part of the process

Finished the interview within the day. Questions were quite easy. They will just ask you for your experiences. What will be your actions on a certain scenario. Since it is a Christian company, they will ask how strong is your faith with the Lord and do you often attend a mass.
