3 parts - written assessment, one to one role play, followed by a group task with 6-8 people with someone sat observing. Quite standard assessment centre process with the exception of the role play which I haven’t done before

My assessment centre comprised of a written scenario, group work scenario and a leadership scenario. It was around 4 hours long and we received frequent breaks during the experience. Good luck!

Interview
Phone call interview, fairly standard questions, quite obviously geared towards the civil service competency framework. Highly competitive, was told the average fast streamer is hired after 2/3 attempts at the process.
