I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Claire's Stores (Anderson, SC) in Jul 2016
Interview
Totally unprofessional. Store manager scheduled a PHONE interview through email, called me a few minutes after the scheduled time and asked me where I am. Made me rush out there for an in person interview instead of a phone interview. When I got there she had no clue what position I had even applied for and could not find my application or resume. Ended up offering me a part time, minimum wage sales associate job. Even though I applied for a management position and I haven't been anything less than a manager in 2 years -_-
Very lack and generalized. Mainly talking about job duties. No real interest in past position or responsibilities. Seemed like they just needed a body. Very easy interview, anyone could pass it.
Asks the normal questions to evaluate your role and responsibilities. Called first to set up the interview and met with them. They were very proactive with their discussion. Did not find the interview any different than other positions or companies I interviewed with..
I interviewed at Claire's Stores (London, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Quick and fun questions were about my skills and experience. I was asked what I can do for the store the hours were discussed. I was told about my duties.
