London.
I went through a recruiter.
Multiple steps including a long task to present in person which is basically their 12 month marketing calendar (so you're basically doing their work for them) and what you'd do in a crisis situation which didn't feel relevant to the role.
At the end, after multiple interviews (virtual and then in person), I was told that my presentation was "too detailed" and the recruitment company were also confused at the rejection because the Clarins hiring manager had spoken very highly of me, my experience and personality fit - even at the point of rejection - and I was the strongest candidate that they had submitted. I received no further feedback.
