Clarivate UI Developer interview questions

First technical round was 30 minutes and feedback was shared positive. For the second round interview was scheduled and I joined the call but nobody joined and later when called hr got to know the panel is busy. After two days they are informing they need 4 years experience in angular 2+ version. Didn't they use their sense angular 2+ is our for 3.5 years then how could someone have 4 years .
