Clark & Washington interview questions

Interview lasted approximately 15 minutes. Asked some general questions regarding experience and knowledge of the company. I arrived 5 minutes early and ended up waiting 20 minutes after my interview was supposed to begin.

Interviewer seemed pretty organized but reluctant to answer questions about advancement and growth opportunities. There was a long paper questionnaire that I had to fill out when I got there that was not mentioned in any previous correspondence which made my interview start later than scheduled even though I had gotten there early.
