There was an initial phone screening interview to go over my qualifications and resume before I was contacted by the team that scheduled and conducted my formal interview. The interview was a team interview and the interview itself was very brief. I was contacted again for an initial phone screening a few days later afterwards due to miscommunication.

interview with several managers, discussion about different types of jobs and types of activities. fair questions and somewhat objective. I met with several managers who seemed devoted and engaged in their work and positions.

asked about background, experience, ability to have a flexible schedule, and ability to carry a caseload. they asked about my specific experience with particular diagnoses, such as autism, oppositional defiant disorder, and attention deficit disorder. the questions were fair and made sense for the position I had applied for.
