I interviewed at Clean Water Services (Hillsboro, OR)
Interview
Very formal, process begins with HR department. Takes a long time from initial contact to the next step. Eventually talk to an engineering manager after much paperwork by HR. Engineer was experienced and thoughtful but seemed to value getting along more than technical skill
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Clean Water Services in Apr 2019
Interview
I had a screening phone interview at first and then was invited to an in-person interview. It was a friendly environment, but questions was difficult. Too much focus on the details of the project that I had done many years ago, and barely could remember their details..
