Cleanaway interview questions

I had 4 rounds of interview with 4th being technical with hiring manager. 1-3 interviews were over the phone with HR. I had hundreds of interviews before and I was hired by multiple companies. This was worst one with least professionalism from HR. After answering all questions to hiring manger, HR just closed the Teams call without thanking me for spending hrs to attend all interview stages. Even though I called HR back to thank her time and ask if she has got any questions, she was extremely unprofessional and ghosted me without thanking or any basic closing process. She even did not provide automated written response to application outcome. I have worked for multiple international companies with diverse experience, I am confident that I have not done anything wrong in the interview process and was extremely respectful throughout the process. On the other hand, this interview showed me the true colour of toxic culture within Cleanaway at the time of the interview, lack of professionalism and respect towards individual. I hope this incident was isolated but it is my duty to share with other people so they are cautious and make informed decision with their next steps.

There were two rounds of interviews held. Both were panel interviews with all of the Branch Managers that I would be assisting. Two in the first round and a further 2 in the second round.
