I applied for the role on LinkedIn and was invited to a phone interview four days later. The interview was held a week later, after which I was invited to a second stage panel interview with two members of the HR team.
The interview was difficult as they asked 10+ competency based questions, and did a lot of probing into and challenging my answers. The questions were fair, just very challenging. The interview was enjoyable overall, and I felt ClearChannel could have been a nice place to work.
I got an email a week after my second stage interview to say I had been unsuccessful, but no feedback was given, and my subsequent emails requesting feedback this were ignored. I think after two stages this is inconsiderate, and this is the reason I'm giving a negative rating. Ona side note, the salary range on offer was on the lower end of the market range.
