Was first sent a test to complete. This was a fairly straightforward refactoring test which took a couple of hours. I submitted this and heard back fairly quickly that they wanted to proceed to a final interview. The final interview involved going over the test, some other general technical questions and also a request to draw up some architecture on something I had completed recently in my current job. There were then some questions about my management experience and situations I had faced. There were two interviewers. They were nice enough, although one was the sort to try and trip you up and question everything in a negative light. In the end, I assume I didn't get the job as I didn't hear back at all, which is the height of disprespect. I don't mind not getting it, but at least tell me.
