I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ClearCo (Englewood Cliffs, NJ) in May 2021
Interview
The process was an intro round call with the BDR manager followed by a 3-part hour and a half interview with the BDR manager, Director of Sales, and VP of Marketing. After that, there is a Case demo where you have to pitch a product followed up by a question from one of the three mentioned above.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ClearCo (Boston, MA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Super efficient process. Many companies drag out the process for their own convenience but ClearCo. was super flexible in making time for each step of the process. From start to finish, I was given an offer in 11 days with 4 different online meetings.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ClearCo
Interview
A pretty extensive interview process which consists of being screened by a recruiter, then a phone interview, 4 person 30 min interview each back to back and more steps if you're good at jumping through hoops.
During my interview I noticed they weren't a very diverse organization and being an ethnic individual that worried me about bias.
I ultimately was chosen not to move forward in the process but the company will always make the best decision for them. It just wasn't meant to be.
Hopefully this review can provide a bit of insight with their process and the lack of diversity which I feel should strongly be taken into consideration especially during the interview process if you want all individuals to feel welcomed.
