I applied online. I interviewed at Clearlink (Orem, UT) in Feb 2014
Interview
It was a solo interview (normally they do group panel interviews) and I just met with the 2 recruiters at the time. It's pretty easy to get hired here. If you can talk and listen then you should be perfect for the job - they hire everyone (unless they're not doing large training groups that time around)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Clearlink (Salt Lake City, UT) in Feb 2020
Interview
Group interview asking general questions about relevant experience. Show up dressed well and with a good attitude and you'll stand out from the group. Spend some time reviewing what position you want within the company, they have many divisions. Some with great leadership, others not so much. Be a self-starter.

Question 1
Can you describe a time when you successfully turned a potential lead into a loyal customer?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clearlink (Tempe, AZ) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was a group interview which I thought was kind of weird. They also drug test you on the spot so be prepared. They call you, then they invite you in for an in person interview.
