I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cleo (United Kingdom) (London, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
Shown as 4 stages on their interview process deck (application, meeting hiring manager, task & values) but it's a much longer process.
Also on the deck it says either a task or a presentation but I had to do both.
The reality was Application > Screening call with the recruiter > Meeting hiring manager > Task (4 hours) > Presentation (1 hr) > values so six.
You need to be prepared for all and any questions at every stage,
There are enough info on the recruitment deck to help you prep but every interview was a surprise and I wasn't prepared for.
For the presentation round, the questions weren't related to the take-home task but my previous experiences and other projects which I wasn't prepared for.
It seemed that the interviewers just read off evaluation sheets and they ask lots of questions in one so it was really hard to navigate on the spot,

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to change course? And used data to back up , and what did you do, how did you manage it and what was the outcome?
Short-lived. Ghosted after the initial interview with the TA, who promised in no uncertain terms that they would get back to me. Also rescheduled the interview without asking me if the new time would be suitable. Overall quite a lame experience.
The interview was thorough and everyone was friendly, personally i just think the task feedback was a bit harsh with no access to brand TOV or the chat bot's full capabilites
