Clermont Hotel Group interview questions

Brief and easy, the recruiter was friend and right to the point. They were efficient in giving back feedback and offer. The interview on online, and they introduced the work environment to me during the interview. It lasted around 10 minutes

Interview at the Hard Rock Hotel. Two stages, one with line manager and HR, then with GM. The first interview was a 30min chat via Teams where I was mainly asked scripted questions and they were taking notes. I felt that the questions were too easy for a management role, I could not believe it. I would have digged down a bit more into the details before giving a department to a stranger but hey ho I got the job.
