I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cleveland Christian Home (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
The interview was standard. They calledand scheduled an interview. There were two people there, the immediate supervisor and the director. I met with them at the office that I would ve working out of. At the conclusion if the interview, i was given a short tour of the office space. After about a week, they called with a job offer and I accepted it.

Question 1
They asked me how do I engage with a difficult client.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cleveland Christian Home in Jul 2012
Interview
This was not typical as I had previously been employed to this organization, in an almost identical position, in a F/T capacity - hence the process was abridged. All the expectations were not outlined nor discussed up-front, and as time in the position progressed, the mutual expectations changed, based upon staff exigencies and what this substantive position was required / expected to shoulder in a part-time capacity.

Question 1
None were posed - on either the organization's or my part. I would later find that my "freedom" to make my own decisions related to my own personal and professional pursuits outside of the "job's," especially those related to my taking 12 days off to attend to my PhD dissertation research, were initially rebuffed and referenced to agency personnel policies and procedures. I was not happy, and gave the agency an ultimatum: Take my demand or leave it.
