I applied online and was instructed to take an online assessment the same day. Three days after the assessment I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was very basic (past job/education experience, why do you want this job, etc), but the phone connection was poor. The phone interview was very laid back, and the experience was not very stressful. About two weeks after the phone interview ( it was the Christmas season) I was contacted to schedule a face-to-face interview. I scheduled an interview at the end of the week. The face to face interview was very laid back, and enjoyable, probably one of the best interviews ever. The interviewers asked a lot of questions about past work experience, my leadership style, how I handled groups where one member under-performed, etc. Overall an enjoyable, and low-stress interview.
