About a week after applying I received an email inviting me to sign up for a 20-minute phone interview. Several time slots were given. When I received the call, the interviewer seemed more nervous than me. Maybe this was her first time conducting interviews. It was something I wasn't prepared for, and it definitely made me feel uneasy as well.
