First round interview with HR that lasted 45 minutes. In order to proceed to the second round, the HR asked me to put together a Board Slide about the impact of Bright Health and to outline a strategy for Bright Health. The interview took place on a Thursday and this deck was to be completed by the following Tuesday. No additional information or guidelines were provided and the candidate was expected to do their own research and put together a deck for as part of the interview process.
