I interviewed for this role last year and completed three rounds of interviews. I later sent a follow-up email to express my continued interest in the position, but never received a response. A month later, I noticed the role was reposted, yet I still didn't receive any communication regarding the outcome of my application.
To the employer: Candidates invest significant time preparing for interviews, just as hiring teams do. Employers expect candidates to show up prepared, engaged, and professional. Out of courtesy and respect, a simple email informing candidates that they were not selected goes a long way. Clear communication reflects professionalism and respect for the time invested by all parties.
