Interview
Applied through ClickHouse careers site for Senior Full Stack Engineer position. Got an initial response from a recruiter within a few weeks.
Had a 30-minute screening call covering my background, motivation, and a deep
dive into a recent project. The interviewer was friendly and the conversation
felt collaborative. Was rejected after the first round with a generic email -
no specific feedback on areas to improve, despite asking for it. Overall the interviewer was professional, but the lack of
feedback was disappointing.

Interview
I interviewed for a marketing position at ClickHouse over a span of several weeks. The process dragged on with long periods of silence (multiple weeks) between rounds, which made it difficult to stay engaged or plan accordingly.
I met with the recruiter initially, then the hiring manager, and several stakeholders across multiple interviews. Unfortunately, the same questions were repeated across different interviewers, which felt redundant and poorly coordinated. Most interviewers came across as unprepared and uninterested—conversations lacked depth, and there was little follow-up or enthusiasm for the discussion. One interviewer stood out positively as engaged, but they were the exception.
Overall, the experience highlighted poor organization, lack of communication, and a seeming disregard for candidates' time and effort. If you're considering applying, be prepared for a lengthy, disjointed process with limited transparency.

Interview
HR reached out to me via LinkedIn. We scheduled for the next day. The interview went well. HR passed me along to the hiring manager. I scheduled with the hiring manager. I was ghosted, no one attended my interview and HR never responded to emails.
