ClickHouse interview questions

I interviewed for a marketing position at ClickHouse over a span of several weeks. The process dragged on with long periods of silence (multiple weeks) between rounds, which made it difficult to stay engaged or plan accordingly. I met with the recruiter initially, then the hiring manager, and several stakeholders across multiple interviews. Unfortunately, the same questions were repeated across different interviewers, which felt redundant and poorly coordinated. Most interviewers came across as unprepared and uninterested—conversations lacked depth, and there was little follow-up or enthusiasm for the discussion. One interviewer stood out positively as engaged, but they were the exception. Overall, the experience highlighted poor organization, lack of communication, and a seeming disregard for candidates' time and effort. If you're considering applying, be prepared for a lengthy, disjointed process with limited transparency.
