ClickUp Sr. Copywriter interview questions

tl;dr I bowed out of the interview process early due to a weird test assignment/mini-project. An initial recruiter screen and then a chat with the hiring manager, who actually didn’t know that the recruiter had reached out to me. That was a little bit offputting, but I understand that stuff happens. It did make my chat with the hiring manager feel a bit redundant, though. The interviews themselves were fine, but the test assignment was a wee ridiculous. They wanted me to complete a typing test for speed, which is irrelevant for a senior-level copywriter who’ll be doing mostly short-form web copy. Honestly, I found it almost insulting, and it speaks VOLUMES about their company culture. I bowed out of the process.
