Interview
Started with a take home test that took several hours to complete from scratch and afterwards proceeded with the 1-1 interviews, which included problem solving, architectural, framework related, and cultural fit etc. They mentioned at start (after technical assessment test) that we won't ask you to jump through hoops as we have a straight forward process and then proceeded with 4 additional interviews. But I guess that's alright. Overall, the process took ~4 weeks. The interview process was smooth (you book a slot against an interviewer at your feasible time). The interviewers were also easy to talk to and accommodating. Except for the final interview, which included salary discussion. I guess the expected salary was an issue for them as they mentioned we'll get back to you soon after discussion and then they completely ghosted as I haven't back from then since.

Question 1
1. General problem solving and architecture related questions (e.g. why did you implemented a certain technology when there is this X alternative available, explain merits/demerits of an approach, arrays manipulation etc.). 2. Framework and language related (JS, TS, JS frameworks). 3. Soft skills (how would your friends describe you, what would you do in a certain (professional) situation, tell us few good and bad things that define you, how did you handle criticism from a colleague that you've been working with for a few years now, why do you want to leave? etc.)
