I applied online. I interviewed at Clinical Partners (Oxford, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interviewers were clearly not clinical, making the interview quite boring as they didn’t know terms or things that I was talking about. Just an Intellectually under stimulating interview… However the interviewers were nice, some of the questions were a bit irrelevant to the role so you’d think.

Tell me about a time you experienced a difficult patient
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clinical Partners (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview went well overall. I was able to clearly articulate my experience and how it aligns with the role, particularly around planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement. The discussion was constructive, and I felt I built good rapport with the interviewers. There were opportunities to go deeper on a few examples, but I’m confident I demonstrated relevant capability, sound judgement, and a good understanding of the challenges of the role.

Question 1
One question that stood out was how I handle competing priorities and make trade-offs when demand exceeds capacity, particularly when senior stakeholders have conflicting views.
First round was good, they asked about technical skills and scenario but the last round interviewer didn’t seem interested at all. After that they ghosted applicant. Even if HR was contacted there would be no response. The COO in the IT department who interviewed last had nothing to ask even. Waste of time, may be they had already chosen someone else.
