Phone interview was followed by a 1:1 interview with my supervisor. This was my first job out of college, so I didn't know any better than to accept the first offer, which I discover now was a pitiful hourly rate.
Applied online then received a phone call that I've been shortlisted. Interviewed by two people. They explained about the role and the daily duties in the lab. Was asked technical questions

Was laid back and very easy. Nice lady and easy process. Everyone I had to speak with was very polite and very helpful with all of my questions about the company

Interview
I applied online, about 2 weeks later got a phone call to set up an in person interview the next night. I was interviewing for the graveyard shift so the interview was at 11pm. Lasted about 45min. We talked in the supervisor's office for a bit, toured the lab, talked again briefly in office.
