I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ClockShark (Chico, CA)
Interview
I submitted an application for the position of a customer service representative.
When you submit an application, (HR) will most likely contact you through email to ask whether you'd want to continue and set up a 15–30 minute screening via Zoom. (Please note that this is not an interview.)
Because zoom wouldn't let me in until she gave her permission, I'm assuming she was a few minutes late. The screening was informal; they just wanted to get to know you! I was told that if I made it through the preliminary interview, I would meet the manager of Clockshark for the formal one.
Nevertheless, despite my extensive relevant and customer service expertise and Bachelor's degree, I failed to even make it beyond the screening process, which disappointed me.
Wishing luck to everyone who applies. It appears they are only selective about who they want working for them, even if you have experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic "get to know you" questions, like tell me about yourself, what are your hobbies, etc.
Basic customer ethics questions, such as, tell me a time you experienced with difficult customers, etc.
Interviewers asked about personal work experience, as well as other "non-work related questions"
I remember being asked about which book I am currently reading and which mobile app do I find to be the most important.

Interview
Will have a screening interview with HR first where they will ask general questions. Then you will have an interview with the Customer Service and Success managers. Most of these are done over Google Meet.
