Interview process was done in 2 weeks. Met with CEO, CPO, other Principal PM and VP of Eng then did an assignment for my final interview meeting with everyone I had already interviewed with.

How do you handle a situation where you'd love to test something but you don't have the sample size to be able to make any statistically significant conclusions?
Conversations with the Head of Product, Head of HR, Founder / CEO, Chief Medical Officer, and VP of Engineering; then a project-based session facilitating a discussion with that same group. Across the board conversations were generative, energizing, and on point. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had ample opportunities to ask the questions that were important to me as well throughout the interview and offer process.
