Part of the interview process does include a small assignment, with a detailed instruction sheet. The goal of this project was to evaluate a candidate’s ability to create provoking client documentation. The level of instruction was designed to allow candidates flexibility in what they presented and assess their ability to extract and convey relevant information. This serves in lieu of an interview questionnaire and cuts down on the number of interviews we would otherwise require. It was designed to allow candidates flexibility in what they present and assess their ability to extract and convey relevant information. We want to know who *you* are and how you work!
We always appreciate feedback and strive to continuously improve our processes. Due to the number of candidates/ responses we work with in each job opportunity, we typically do not provide interview feedback for each individual candidate. Please know that this has been noted for consideration and we will certainly discuss adding this in future opportunities and screenings.
Lastly, although we are primarily a work from home environment, we still have high expectations for employee dress code and conduct. We can assure you that the hiring manager was not wearing a bathrobe.
