Had a conversation with the head of talent based in Melbourne; he seemed technically knowledgeable and explained the hiring process clearly. He followed up with an email detailing the process and provided a contact number for updates. The interview consisted of two 20-minute sessions, and there's an upcoming interview with the client, all done via teams

Interview
The process is quick they provide quick feedback within a week but on my case I think they are just pooling for talents for future ramp up so I got interviewed without available position since they are foreseeing future ramp up.
