      I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudbeds (Santiago) in Dec 2018

      Interview

      The first step was a one-way video interview: you record your answers through a special app (in my case there were 9 questions, and you get to see them at the moment of recording, some of them have a time limit too) Second stage was an English test (I'm assuming this step is only for non native speakers like me) Third stage was a live interview through video conference (about 40mins long in my case). They ask you about your background and experience, and also put you in several hypothetical cases where you have to solve problems to evaluate your way of thinking outside the box when it comes to problem solving. And finally, if you succeed you get an offer by email with your contract to sign

      2 x Interview process, 1st with the Talent Aquistion team and 2nd with the Customer Coach Team Lead. All process took around 2-3 weeks. But in all the process i feel comfortable as they always start with a warm opening in each session.
