I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Clover Health
Interview
I had multiple interviews with diverse teams (operations, clinical, product, people management) . Each of the 30 minute interviews had multiple interviewers. The interviews were more conversational. I did have one case example.

Question 1
Q: Give an example of when you had to build a process. What was your approach? What was the outcome
Applied online, heard back within a week from a recruiter and set up an interview. The recruiter cancelled the interview right before it started so we had to reschedule. When we eventually did, she was unfortunately unable to answer questions about the role. Felt like she was checking things off a list.
I was contacted on LinkedIN about an opportunity. I had a phone screen with HR, then several video interviews and finally an in person interview in their NJ office - Folks in the San Fransisco office interviewed me via video. The entire process was very smooth. HR was in constant communication, although there are a few instances when HR was late for phone calls. Overall, my experience was positive and impressed by the work that they do.
