I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cloverland Farms Dairy (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2022
Interview
Interview was very straight forward. Generic questions of getting to know your background. I had two people in my interview. 1 HR lady and 1 manager. I feel they didn’t think I would know the answers to the questions especially when they handed me a paper and told me to draw the different parts of a program. So, people must be lying on their application or interview especially with the fact I was told I was the only applicant that drew it right and most people got these drawings wrong. They were very basic drawings they wanted. If you got them wrong then you probably did lie on your application. They were very straight forward programming questions. No reason if you apply to this for you to not know them.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cloverland Farms Dairy (New York, NY)
Interview
I interviewed with the accounting manager for a staff account position and alot about what I read online before hand (hostile work environment, high turn over, unstable management) was confirmed in the interview. Hours are loosely defined and surprise weekend hours can't be ruled out. The manager seemed nice enough but was also new, having replaced a previous accounting manager who had only lasted a few months. The position I was interviewing for had a few people accept then leave in just one year. I declined the offer.

Question 1
how would you deal with an angry or hostile co worker?
