I applied through other source. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Cloverleaf in May 2025
Interview
I applied through the Ohio Department of Development College Tech Internship Program around late January 2025. I received an email of a 'matched' company in late April, The interview invite came a few weeks later from the company directly. I first met with the HR department. The first interview was a lot more 'serious' than I was expecting. The questions will ask you about siutations where you were put in an uncomfortable position (i.e. A time you had a conflict with a coworker, a time you felt like your actions weren't noticed, etc). I was invited back for another interview with the person I'd be working under. The second interview with the person I'd be working under was the more relaxed one. We actually had two interviews because we just spent the first one talking. So the third interview was more asking my knowledge of various topics that were related to the role/specific to the managers needs. I was offered a position the next few days.

I interviewed at Cloverleaf (Hollywood, Los Angeles)
Interview
Interview was very lenghy. If you do not have a home office there is no chance of getting the job. Salary is not the same as what is advertised.(its very low]
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cloverleaf (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2020
Interview
Initial phone screens with the CTO and one of the Founders, mostly culture fit and only technical in the sense of questions to get to know my background and experience. Followed by a more technical interview with just the CTO, and then a culture/technical round with the rest of the engineering team. It was a very practical interview process.

Question 1
Don't recall a specific question. It felt more like a comfortable conversation than some of my more high pressured, 5-round interview loops.
