Asked me some questions about myself then walked me through what a day-to-day would look like as a server. Introduced me to a current server to ask questions about the position, in order to have a better understanding of the job.

In the 30-minute interview, the main focus was on evaluating Accounting knowledge, specifically understanding Debit and Credit concepts. Additionally, the candidate was questioned about their proficiency in Excel, requiring a detailed description of their skills and experience with the software.
